Having originally joined Definitive Consulting as a search consultant focused on legal partner hires, Melissa now brings her experience to bear on the continuous development of our people and capabilities – managing operations, training and human resources.
In particular, Melissa oversees the continuous professional development of our consultants, as well as onboarding, assessing and upskilling new recruits, to ensure they have the up to date skills and industry knowledge necessary to succeed personally and professionally. Alongside this, she leads our HR and operations function with a focus on ensuring the business is in the best position possible to supports its clients, candidates and staff.
